		Does telnex.com support and offer Microsoft Access and ASP?
		Yes. These features are specific to Microsoft Windows Server and are supported through our Windows web hosting options. TOP

		Does telnex.com provide any database solutions?
		Telnex.com supports MySQL and MS Access Database. TOP

		Does telnex.com support Microsoft FrontPage?
		Telnex.com will install the necessary extensions for you to use FrontPage and is happy to answer your questions related to the use of these extensions. FrontPage extensions are needed to enable you to publish your site with FrontPage, and to run the tools supported by FrontPage: WebBots, To-Do Lists and the FrontPage/Explorer interface. Telnex.com does not support problems and questions directly related to the use of FrontPage itself. Instead, we will direct you to Microsoft's FrontPage Technical Support. TOP

		Does telnex.com support third-level domains?
		Telnex.com supports third level domain names with any of our web hosting packages, such as "name.yourdomain.com". TOP

		Can I access my domain address with or without the "www"?
		Yes, you will be able to access the domain address with or without the "www" in front of the domain name. Example: or is acceptable, whichever you prefer. TOP

		How do I transfer files to my web site?
		Files must be transferred to the web server via File Transport Protocol (FTP). If you need FTP, mail, or other Internet software, visit Download.com. 		What is Majordomo?
		Majordomo is a full featured mailing list program that allows your customer the ability to subscribe and unsubscribe. This type of list is particular designed as a method of interaction, and can be run as a closed or open, moderated or not. As the list owner you can control all email allowed to be distributed to the list. TOP

		Will I have unlimited access to update my pages?
		You have unlimited access via FTP 24-hours a day. As such, you can create and maintain your web pages on your own computer and upload files to your web site at your leisure. TOP
